Lucky Property Management is a privately held 25 year old real estate investment company focused on acquiring, owning and leasing industrial real estate properties. Our portfolio is comprised of approximately 4,000,000 Sq. Ft. of single and multi-tenant industrial buildings with national, regional, and local tenants. Currently, we are focused on acquiring value add/long-term properties in the Southeast, Midwest and Eastern United States.

Management l Leasing

Lucky Property Management is headquartered in Opa Locka, Florida. We have been managing and leasing our entire portfolio in-house for the past 25 years. We currently manage over 400 tenants in this portfolio. Our reputation as a Landlord in South Florida precedes us. We are fair, extremely hands on, and always try to do the right thing by our tenants. We typically have available space from 375 Sq. Ft. up to 100,000 Sq. Ft.
