Established in 1981, Lucky Property Management operates over 4,000,000 Sq. Ft. of small and large bay Industrial Property throughout Florida including Opa Locka, Hialeah, Medley, Doral, Miami Gardens, Ft Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa/Clearwater, Jacksonville FL, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. Founded by Miami native, Brian Holland, Lucky Property Management started when Brian began acquiring warehouse space with a long-term mindset of buying undervalued sites and eventually, restoring the properties to valuable real estate investments.

Over the years, Brian’s undeniable personality and business ethics “to always do the right thing by our tenants,” comes as no surprise that most of Lucky Property Management’s loyal team has over 30 years of valued service to the company.

Lucky Property Management operates its vast portfolio out of its headquarters in Opa Locka, FLs neighboring Amazon’s 700,000 SF distribution hub.
